1. Take out Figure Eight.
2. Find the middle of the silk and through the biggest hole in Figure Eight.
3. Pull the fabric out and make a one-foot loop.
4. Pull out the loop under Figure Eight and leave some space on the top of the biggest hole.
5. Thread the loop back through the space on the top of the biggest hole.
6. Stretch and fix the loop on the small hole on the top of Figure Eight.
7. Tighten and adjust the knot by pulling both tails of the silk.
8. Link two carabiners to both sides of the swivel, then connect one of the carabiners to the top hole of Figure Eight.
Calculate methods of silk length:
silk length=ceiling height* 2+2 meters (silk length=ceiling height*2+6'7")
For example:
3m high ceiling: 3*2+2= 8 meters (9'10" high ceiling : 9'0"*2+6'7"=26'3")
4m high ceiling : 4*2+2= 10 meters (13'1" high ceiling: 1*2+6'7"-32'9")
Recommendations :
10 feet/3.0m ceiling height--- 9 yards/8.2m fabric.
12 feet/3.6m ceiling height--- 10 yards/9.2m fabric.
15 feet/4.5m ceiling height--- 12 yards/11.0m fabric.
20 feet/6.0m ceiling height--- 15 yards/13.7m fabric.
Attach your silk to a strong point on the ceiling.
Remark: Not only be used as aerial silk but could also be used as a yoga hammock in U shape.
